Breaches of these terms and conditions

Without prejudice to CreditPrivacyNumber.com other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, CreditPrivacyNumber.com may take such action as CreditPrivacyNumber.com deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Variation

CreditPrivacyNumber.com may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

Assignment

CreditPrivacyNumber.com may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with CreditPrivacyNumber.com rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent.

You may not transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.

Severability

If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

Entire agreement

These terms and conditions, together with Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Quality Policy, Terms of Use & E-Sign Consent constitute the entire agreement between you and CreditPrivacyNumber.com in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.

Governing Documents, Integration, and Non-Reliance on Oral Statements

1.1. The Complete Agreement

The legal relationship between you (the “Client”) and Ministry of Civil Affairs (the “Company”) regarding refunds is governed exclusively by this Refund Policy document. This document constitutes the complete, fully integrated, and exclusive agreement between the parties on the subject of refunds.

1.2. Superseding Prior Communications

This Refund Policy supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous discussions, negotiations, proposals, representations, warranties, and agreements, whether oral, written, or electronic, between the Client and the Company concerning the subject matter of refunds.

1.3. No Authority of Agents and Non-Reliance

No agent, employee, contractor, or representative of the Company has the authority to bind the Company to any affirmation, representation, promise, or warranty concerning refunds that is not expressly and specifically included within this written Refund Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, any communication or statement made verbally (whether in person, by telephone, or via video conference), through informal electronic means (such as live chat or social media), or in any other medium outside of this Refund Policy, is not binding on the Company and shall not form a part of this agreement. You hereby affirm and acknowledge that you have not relied on any such oral or extrinsic statements when making a purchase or when inquiring about refund eligibility.

PRIMARY DISPUTES

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Ministry of Civil Affairs Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Ministry of Civil Affairs or through www.creditprivacynumber.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Anguilla, British West Indies Arbitration Act apply to this agreement. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would. To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to our Attorney in Fact at: attorney@creditprivacyfile.com. The arbitration will be conducted by the Anguilla, British West Indies Arbitration Association under its rules. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the Anguilla, British West Indies Arbitration rules. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location. We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.

APPLICABLE LAW

By using any Ministry of Civil Affairs Service, you agree that the Anguilla, British West Indies laws without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Ministry of Civil Affairs & creditprivacynumber.com.

REFUND POLICY

Enhancement Services

All package authorized user trade-lines appear within 60 days from the date you make your balance payment to pay for your authorized user trade lines on your file, most post within 30 days, and some post sooner. It depends on the credit bureaus after you are added. Some trade-lines stay on a file permanently. Most AU’s only stay on your file from 30 to 60 days. You want to take advantage of primary trade line applications while the authorized user accounts are attached to your new file. If the authorized user line does not appear within the 60 day period listed above, we will issue a replacement if it meets the conditions below. If the REPLACEMENT line does not post within its time period then we will issue you a new tradeline. You as the client and/or Agent Broker are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to us. Being one digit off on a Number or date of birth, or spelling a name incorrectly will cause a trade-line not to post properly. We DO NOT replace lines when you submit inaccurate information so please double check your info. If you submit incorrect or inaccurate information, you would need to re-purchase the line again if the order was already processed.

It is the client’s responsibility to open credit monitoring services with the three major U.S. credit bureaus. We highly recommend Credit Check Total because it provides quicker updates, more accurate information, data from the three major U.S. credit bureaus and sends alerts in real time that the free services do not send. Note that we do not accept Credit Karma or any free credit monitoring site as proof of non-posting (example creditkarma.com only shows (2) credit agencies FICO Score Numbers). This is industry standard. More information on our trusted credit monitoring sites as proof of non-posting are listed below.

After the 30th business day after the upload date, if the line has not posted, please contact us to inform us. We will investigate. If you don’t contact us, then we DON’T KNOW ABOUT IT. In order to investigate trade-lines that have not posted, you must provide a valid login ID and password from one of our trusted credit monitoring sites. We accept: Creditchecktotal.com/Experian.com/Transunion.com/Equifax.com/Myfico.com/creditkarma.com only shows (2) agencies). After 20 business days, if you have not emailed us we will assume that the line has posted and the transaction has successfully completed. In the event of a trade line getting shut down, or a line becoming unavailable or sold out, we will select an adequate replacement trade line and move you to it. This may be without notice. Changes happen so frequently that we are unable to notify every client of every change. A note about Fraud Alerts & Freezes: If you have a Fraud Alert or Freeze on your credit report, you MUST remove it in order for your trade-line to report properly. ANY AND ALL FRAUD or FREEZE ALERTS MUST BE REMOVED BY YOU. If you do not, you will run into posting issues that we will not accommodate for. In order to remove a Fraud Alert, you must call each credit bureau and remove it. You are welcome to put the fraud or freeze alert back on your file once your trade-line posting is complete. Other packages listed on the site also have a specific time frame for completion. If you buy a tradeline à la carte & not in a package expect a minimum of (1) credit agency posting. A Substitution will NOT be issued if instructions were not followed.

IT IS OUR STATEMENT THAT Ministry of Civil Affairs™ IS NOT ENGAGING IN ANY PROHIBITED BUSINESS ACTIVITIES SUCH AS:

  1. Representing, expressly or by implication, that through the use of our products or services, consumers can alter their identifying information to conceal adverse credit information from consumers’ credit records, credit histories, or credit ratings, including but not limited to the use of Employer Identification Numbers (“EINs”), Taxpayer Identification Numbers (“TINs”), or alternative Social Security Numbers in lieu of the consumers’ own Social Security Numbers;
  2. Representing that the building of a new credit record by applying for credit using an EIN, a TIN, or an alternate social security number instead of a consumer’s own social security number is legal;

Misrepresenting any material fact concerning the ability of our products or services to perform or provide any credit-related function for consumers, including but not limited to improving consumers’ credit reports or profiles, consolidating debt, obtaining or arranging a loan, or obtaining or arranging any extension of credit; and
  4. Misrepresenting any fact material to a consumer’s decision to purchase our products or services.
  5. Representing, expressly or by implication, that through the use of our products or services, consumers can alter their identifying information to conceal adverse credit information from consumers’ credit records, credit histories, or credit ratings, including but not limited to the use of Dun & Bradstreet Numbers (“DBNs”), Employer Identification Numbers (“EINs”), Taxpayer Identification Numbers (“TINs”), or alternative Social Security Numbers in lieu of the consumers’ own Social Security Numbers;
  6. Representing that the building of a new credit record by applying for credit using a DBN, EIN, a TIN, or an alternate Social Security Number instead of a consumer’s own Social Security Number is legal;
  7. Misrepresenting any material fact concerning the ability of our products or services to perform or provide any credit-related function for consumers, including but not limited to improving consumers’ credit reports or profiles, consolidating debt, obtaining or arranging a loan, or obtaining or arranging any extension of credit; and
  8. Misrepresenting any fact material to a consumer’s decision to purchase our products or services.

Ministry of Civil Affairs™ cannot guarantee approvals and will not issue any refunds because of no approvals.

Ministry of Civil Affairs™ CANNOT issue a refund on trade-line/tradeline services in the event tradeline(s) do not populate onto Base Profile Product Credit Profile Number or Social Security Number when buying tradelines à la carte or as part of a package on our packages page.

If you find that your order contains information other than the information needed to complete your order we recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Ministry of Civil Affairs™ will not issue refunds on any orders containing CPN(s) Ministry of Civil Affairs™ did not generate due to unforeseen factors during the development of the CPN that may cause any of our services not to perform as intended.

Advanced deposit for products or services: If you made a deposit on a service or product to secure a discount price or otherwise, all deposits are non-refundable. However, you can apply the deposit to other products or services if you change your mind about the original product or service you made a deposit for.

Refund Policy for tradelines and CPN services

Disclaimer on Tradeline Authorized Users and CPN Services

Please be advised that we cannot guarantee tradeline authorized users, as these services are provided by third-party vendors beyond our control. Due to frequent changes in financial institutions, we also cannot offer refunds for credit privacy numbers (CPNs).

While we strive to assist you in creating and maintaining your privacy file, using a CPN is at your own risk. We can confirm that using a CPN in commerce is legal; however, we cannot ensure that third-party companies will accept CPNs, even if you disclose your use of one.

CPNs do not have established legal guidelines; however, we emphasize the importance of ensuring your CPN is valid, that a trimerged report has been completed, and that public records are accurate to successfully build your CPN profile.

As the financial landscape changes, we cannot guarantee the reliability of CPN files. Nevertheless, our credit privacy file package includes a Social Security Number (SSN) disclosure kit that enhances access to products and services without the need for a CPN or SSN. This kit is valuable and represents the insider information we provide through our communications.

The insights and educational support we offer far surpass any costs associated with our services. We understand that personal circumstances vary; whether you face threats or seek privacy, utilizing our files can help you navigate these challenges effectively.

To benefit from our services, you must actively engage in your file’s development. We provide extensive information, including guides, legal references, and direct support. Each file we create is ensured to be safe and unassociated with any other identity or financial matter. If an error occurs and your number is compromised, we will gladly create a new file for you at no additional cost.

We offer clear step-by-step instructions to help you manage your file responsibly to avoid any overlapping with your previous information. While we provide comprehensive guidance, we cannot accept responsibility for mistakes made by clients, even with ample resources available on our website.

Although we do not offer refunds, we provide substitutions, new files, credits toward other services, and ongoing support available five days a week. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Base Profile Product Policy

The Base Profile Product you purchased is a digital product made specifically for you. We cannot put it “back on the shelf” so to speak. There is no refund for the “Base Profile Product” you already received and can still use regardless of your understanding of how to use it successfully or not. New Business Start-Up Package

The statement on the business package service includes menu item #1 “get you Business Funding up to $10,000 in as soon as 5-weeks from service start date *Restrictions apply” is established within (5) weeks of business “work days” not including holidays and weekends. We have support 7 days a week but do not conduct business build-out procedures during the weekend as many websites are not processing business data audits from human users during the weekends. 5 weeks x 7 days equals 35 total days. 5 weeks in “business days” a.k.a. “weekdays” or “work days” is equivalent to a total of 46 days depending on holidays during the time of business management.

The price of the “New Business Start-Up Package” and the statement that the “price includes filing fees” signifies that our service covers and includes Secretary of State registration fees, domain registration, business email creation and forwarding, monthly hosting fees, 800 number setup fees, virtual address fees, and other business services as listed in the features of the service page. Ongoing operating costs, such as business address, 800 number, domain, business email creation and forwarding, and monthly hosting fees, will be absorbed by MCA for a period of two (2) months, after which the client will assume responsibility for all subsequent payments. Third party will begin billing the client for business email, annual domain management, and monthly hosting fees once the two-month credit period expires. Clients are required to log into their accounts and replace MCA’s credit card with their own for future billing related to the business address and 800 number. If the client fails to update the default billing method, MCA will send reminder notices to ensure that clients remain up to date with their business services necessary for their success. Should the default payment method not be updated, MCA or one of its members or administrator members will add a handling and processing charge to the management fees of the affected services and allow the client to pay by a method that is most suitable for them. In the event that the registered business owner does not communicate regarding their business services and fails to pay for these services, the 800 number, virtual address, domain, business email, and hosting may be suspended, making your business and web presence unreachable to the public. Clients will receive email notifications about the status of their business services associated with their business build-out to help them stay informed and ensure the best chance of success during the processing of establishing their new business structure.

Additionally, “5-weeks to $10,000.00” assumes that there is a PG a.k.a. Personal Guarantor attached to the business with a 690+ FICO© Credit Score via a Credit Privacy File or an attached SSN Credit Profile. “Up to” can mean any approvals we get you “up to” $10,000 which can be any amount up to the stated $10,000 shown. You agree that the Business Start-Up Package is not refundable since the logic and consultancy that goes into assessments and directives of your business’s management cannot be put back on the shelf so to speak to be returned and sold to another party. Additionally, you will receive support up to 90 days with any edits on your website or with the secretary of state to file amendments to business structure or data. The 90 days starts from the time you make your first payment for the business build-out service. If you need support outside of the 90-day window then a service and consultation fee will be charged at $50 an hour for any changes or updates to the business structure or website. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR FINANCIAL DECISIONS

Pursuant to your acceptance of the Terms of Service and your acknowledgment of the E-Sign Consent Agreement through the registration process, should you have made your 50% deposit towards your business build-out, participated in a business consultation (valued at $150 per hour, but typically included at no additional charge for business clients), and received via email the three bonus materials and guides emails, as well as access to the Business Intelligence Package and the supplemental business grants materials, any request for a refund of your deposit will be subject to a refund of 50% of the deposit. By continuing to possess and utilize the proprietary knowledge and methods provided through the bonus materials and consultation services, which have tangible value, it is understood that this information has contributed to your decision-making process and future business endeavors. Accordingly, these materials retain their value regardless of any refund request.

There are no pro-rated refunds. Once your account is cancelled your access to the site will be revoked. You agree that fees collected are non-refundable. All cancellation shall also be strictly subject to the terms and conditions of the MCA Service Agreement. Representations

You represent and warrant to us that (a) you are legally capable to enter into contracts, (b) you are providing us at all times true, accurate and up to date information about yourself, (c) you will comply at all times with the General Terms and applicable law and (d) your use of the Sites and any transactions that you make with us will not violate the rights of any third party.

MCA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY FAILURE OF THE INTERNET OR SERVICE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability of consequential or incidental damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to all users; in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Utilizing the protections guaranteed by the aforesaid Constitutions and Assertion of Rights, our Members are guaranteed the Rights of absolute Freedom of Religion, Free Speech, Petition, Assembly, and the Right to Gather together for the Lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our Rights protected by those Constitutions, in addition to the Rights to be Free from unreasonable search and seizure, the Right to not incriminate ourselves, and the Right to Freely exercise all other Unalienable Rights as granted to us by our Creator, our Almighty God.
    4. We hereby declare that we are exercising our Right of “Freedom of Association” with the protections guaranteed by the aforesaid Constitutions and the Articles of Association, which means our Association activities are restricted to the Private domain only, and outside of the Jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and/or any other representatives as provided by LAW.
    5. We declare the basic Right of all our Members to decide for themselves which Association Member(s) could be expected to give wise counsel and advise concerning all matters (including, but not limited to: physical, spiritual, mental, and/or emotional health care assistance, LAW, and/or any other matter) and to accept from those Members any and all counsel, advice, and/or tips in which we feel are able to properly advise and assist us, while also using full discernment before taking any action of said advice.
    6. We expect the Freedom to choose and perform for ourselves the types of therapies and treatments in which we feel and think is best for diagnosing, treating, and preventing illness and disease, and for achieving and maintaining our own optimum wellness and wellbeing.
    7. We also expect the Freedom to choose for ourselves any types of assistance which may be made regarding LAW and/or any other Private business activity.
    8. The mission of this Association is to provide Members with a platform to conduct business between Members in the Private domain, with the protections guaranteed by the aforesaid Constitutions and Articles of Association.
    9. The Association will recognize any people, natural or otherwise, irrespective of race, color, or religion, who have joined this Association (including any website, social media group, or the like, which is started, created, maintained, and/or organized by the Association), and is in agreement with these Terms and Conditions as a Member of this Association – providing said person has not been sanctioned, exercised, or otherwise banned by the Association, and will provide a medium through which its individual Members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes declared.

Membership to this Private Membership/Ministerial Association, “TMMinistry of Civil Affairs©” (including any website, social media group, or the like, which is started, created, maintained, and/or organized by the Association), may be terminated by the Association Director(s), at anytime, should they conclude that a specific Member is interacting with them or any other Member in a way that is contrary and detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of this Association and its Members.
    11. I understand and comprehend that, because this unincorporated Private Membership/Ministerial Association is protected by the First (1st) and Ninth (9th) Amendments of the U.S. Constitution, it is outside of the Jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against “TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© PMA”, its Members, or its Director(s).
    12. I also understand and comprehend that all Rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association designee, committee, or tribunal.
    13. By agreeing when registering online, I agree that I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action that I want to take for myself.
    14. I agree to join TMMinistry of Civil Affairs©PMA, an unincorporated Private Membership/Ministerial Association under Common Law, whose Members seek to help each other achieve better health and a good quality life.
    15. I am voluntarily changing my capacity from that of a public person, to that of a Private Member.
    16. My activities within the Association are a Private contractual matter, in which I refuse to share with the Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies.
    17. I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow Member or Director of the Association. Unless that Member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of the Association Board of Directors.
    18. I enter into this agreement of my own free will, without any pressure or coercion.
    19. I affirm that I do not represent any Local, State, or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment, or investigation.
    20. I have fully read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. If I have further need to understand what a PMA is I can go HERE.
    21. I understand and comprehend that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my Membership in this Association anytime.

Section 1. Overview

  1. I do hereby Register for Membership at TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© PMA, an unincorporated Private Membership/Ministerial Association, hereafter termed TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© PMA.
  2. With my Registration of this Membership Agreement, I accept the offer made to become a Member of TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© PMA, and I have fully read and comprehend and agree with the following Declaration of Purpose, Membership Rights, Preamble, and Memorandum of Understanding.

Section 2. Declaration of Purpose

  1. The Private Membership/Ministerial Association will assist in building strong local communities that are well grounded in love, family values, sharing, and respect for other people and what is God given lawful.
  2. The intent and purpose of the PMA is to lawfully be able to Privately provide all Members of the PMA with all available information in regard to TMMinistry of Civil Affairs©PMA products and services, procedures and training programs, project opportunities, and any other topic or subject that we feel will benefit Members of the PMA.
  3. The health and wellbeing of our Members is of utmost importance, and it is the PMA’s intent to act in regard to benefit the health and wellbeing of all Members who request the products, services, advice, knowledge, and benefits available to all Members to assist in life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, as is our God given and Constitutionally protected Rights as living women and men.
  4. Therefore, the formation of the offices of Directors does not incorporate the Association; TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© PMA must always remain unincorporated.
  5. TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© PMA Directors and Members can freely share, discuss, and exchange information and services by Members of the Association, while keeping all business within the Private domain.

Section 3. Membership Rights

A. By consenting to the Membership Agreement provided, Members are granted the following Rights and benefits:

  1. Detailed informed consent about services rendered, and what to expect.
  2. Complaints against a TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© Member must be submitted in writing to the TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© Board of Trustees within three (3) days of the incident of complaint. These will be sent to the Person, Committee, or Tribunal designated by TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© for evaluation and remediation action.
  3. Guarantee that all personal information of the Member will remain within TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© PMA.
  4. Membership with TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© PMA will remain intact, unless the Member submits, in writing, their desire to withdraw Membership – or unless Membership is terminated by the Association in accordance with Bylaws.
  5. Issues with any purchase made with TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© must be submitted in writing to the TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© Board of Trustees within three (3) days of said purchase.i. Refunds on items clearly marked as non-refundable does not indicate an issue with a purchase.   2. With the protections guaranteed by the aforesaid Constitutions, our Members are guaranteed the Rights of Free Speech, Petition, Assembly, and to gather for the Lawful purpose of advising and helping one another in asserting our Rights under LAW.
  3. It is hereby declared that we are exercising our Right of “Freedom of Association” as guaranteed by the First (1st) and Ninth (9th) Amendments of the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions.
  4. This means that our Association activities are restricted to the Private domain only.
  5. We proclaim the Freedom to choose for ourselves the type of education, products, and services we use.
  6. We encourage our Members to perform their own research.
  7. Specifically, the Mission of TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© PMA is “to be in the world, but not of the world – to act in accordance with Nature and Nature’s God, the Creator, and serve as stewards with the Dominion over all Earthly things as commanded by our Creator.”
  8. TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© PMA will recognize any people, natural or otherwise, irrespective of race, color, or religion, who has been approved as a Member, and who act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions – providing said person has not been sanctioned, exercised, or otherwise banned by the Association, and will provide a medium through which its individual Members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes declared.

Section 5. Memorandum of Understanding

  1. I, understand and comprehend that within TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© PMA, a Private contractual relationship exists as a Contract Member to Member Association relationship.
  2. I have freely chosen to become a Private Member of TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© PMA, heretofore declared Association, and thereby change my legal capacity from a Public Person, to a Private Member of TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© PMA.
  3. I understand and comprehend that, since the Association is protected by the applicable Amendments of the U.S. Constitution, it is outside of the Jurisdiction and authority of Local, State, and Federal Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against the Association, its Director(s), or any of its Members.
  4. Therefore, all Rights of complaints of grievances will be settled by an Association designee, Committee, or Tribunal, and will be waive by the Member for the benefit of the Association and its Members.
  5. By agreeing to this Membership Agreement, I agree that I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself.
  6. I agree that violating any waivers in this Membership contract will result in a no contest legal and lawful proceeding against me. Other aspects of informed consent may occur in my discussions with the providers and fellow Members of the Association.
  7. As I am voluntarily choosing this method of education and service providers, I will not hold the Association, its Directors, or its Members financially liable for any particular outcome.
  8. I agree to join TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© PMA, an unincorporated Private Membership/Ministerial Association under Common Law, whose Members seek to help each other achieve better health, education, and a good quality of life.
  9. My activities within the Association are a Private matter that I refuse to share with Local, State, or Federal governmental regulatory agencies without expressed specific permission.
  10. All records and documents remain as property of the Association, even if I receive a copy.
  11. I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow Member of the Association, unless that Member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of the Association.
  12. I enter this agreement of my own free will, without pressure or coercion.
  13. I affirm that, as a Private Member, I do not represent any Local, State, or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products, services, or practices, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment, or investigation.
  14. I have fully read and understand and comprehend this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction.
  15. I understand and comprehend that I can withdraw from this Agreement and terminate my Membership at this Association at any time.
  16. I understand and comprehend that my Membership can and will be revoked if I engage in any abusive, violent, menacing, destructive, harassing, or evil behavior towards any other Member or Director of the Association.
  17. Payment of any dues, fees, or program costs (if applicable) and delivery of these signed documents to an Association representative is considered sufficient for my one-time Membership contract. The Term of which begins with the date of submission of this Contract.

Section 6. E-Sign Consent Notice

Communications in Writing. All electronic Communications from us to you and you to us will be considered in writing and shall have the same meaning and effect as a paper ink signature Communication. You should print or download for your records a copy of this E-Sign Consent and any other Communication that is important to you. You acknowledge and agree that Communications are considered received by you within 24 hours of the time posted to the ENCRYPTED SUPPORT LP website (https://creditprivacyfile.com), or within 24 hours of the time emailed to you unless we receive notice that the email was not delivered.

Section 7. Member Agrees

A. I agree this contract began on the date of my Registration under “TMMinistry of Civil Affairs© PMA”.

B. I declare that by joining this Private Membership/Ministerial Association (including any website, social media group, or the like, which is started, created, maintained, and/or organized by the Association), I have carefully read the entirety of these terms, and I understand and comprehend and agree with it.
